Each Monday morning, you will gain access to some goal setting strategies and resources that will help you achieve your goals. By working diligently over the course of the year, you are going to create some amazing changes in your life that will serve as a foundation for Mondays that matter.
Each Monday, with your goal workbook and your weekly goal accountability tracker, I’m going to help you break this year down - one Monday at a time. We’ll work on 12 life goal categories: fitness, relationship, finance, home, self-care, fun, personal development, career, family, spiritual, giving, and travel goals. Although this course is written to start at the beginning of the year, you can start at any time throughout the year and receive the same value.
Each week, we’ll: Do, Plan, and Journal
- Do: Each week, read my weekly post inside of The Goals setter’s Club portal,and do the exercise.
- Plan: Using your weekly goal accountability tracker, write out your goals for the week.
- Journal: Using your Goals Journal, 7 Simple Steps to Achieving Your Life Goals, work on the suggested life goal for the current week.
This weekly practice promises to turn your dreams into plans.
