If you’ve been interested in trying out a plant-based diet, but feel you could use a little bit more guidance and support as well as motivation along the way, then this experience will be perfect for you.

I’ll be supporting you every step of the way - answering questions, motivating you through difficult days, and providing daily challenges to hold you accountable.

Not only is it cost-effective and more environmentally friendly than an animal-based diet, but it also has significant health benefits that extend beyond a boost in energy and increase in happiness levels. With the increasing awareness of nutritional benefits, it’s no wonder that more and more plant-based products and restaurants are springing up everywhere as the trend continues!

There’s a lot of information on the internet about plant-based eating, but it can be difficult to consistently find good-quality sources and assistance to help you improve your lifestyle.

Proper nutrition is so important when trying to switch to a plant-based diet. This event will help you understand more about what kinds of foods and recipes will provide you with the maximum nutrition you’ll need to get the most out of a plant-based diet.

Sheréa VéJauan is an entrepreneur, podcast host, and workshop presenter. She is the co-founder of The Goal Setter’s Club - a coaching organization in Rancho Cucamonga, California. She is the author of eleven other books and journals.

Sheréa is a Coach, Trainer, and Speaker with the John C. Maxwell Team. A certified SYMBIS facilitator, as well as a Financial Peace Community Coordinator for Ramsey Solutions. She resides in Southern California, a devoted wife of twenty-nine years to her husband Brian, and mother to three adult children.
